COOKING BLOCKS

Cooking blocks created by Alpes for domestic use but with the performance and features of professional kitchens.

The range of cooking blocks includes a selection of sizes: 70 - 100 - 130 and 160 cm wide. Each block features cast-iron grates and front controls, and a cooktop with five gas burners including one triple crown burner  for heavy-duty cooking.  The 130 and 160-cm sizes come equipped with electric grill and electric fryer. The cabinet may be equipped with a built-in 60 or 90-cm electric oven, or with standard drawers and deep drawers for storage.
