FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN

A technical kitchen devoid of decoration and chromatic components. A simple kitchen yet complete with every function, designed for people who like to cook when everything is in order and within reach. We are guests of this house amidst the vineyards of Josko Gravner, on the border between Slovenia and Italy.

Aligned against the kitchen wall are:

• A 70-cm cart with pull-out shelves
• A 190-cm cooking block containing an electric flip-up cooktop with two induction zones (art.  R 30/2EI) and a built-in cooktop with five well-spaced aligned gas burners (art. F 499/5G). The base cabinet features three drawers 90-cm drawers and a built-in oven 90 cm wide (art. FI/9)
• A 100-cm storage block with two jumbo drawers
• A column with a 60-cm built-in electric oven (art. FI/6) and a 160-liter refrigerator with custom-made door by Alpes-Inox.

At the centre of the kitchen stands a 190-cm island with a built-in sink (art. F 589/2V), complete with a drainer (art. S 41x51) and a pop-up 3-way power socket (art. TPE).
