THE PURPLE KITCHEN

LA CUCINA VIOLA

Walls painted purple, an antique credenza, large paintings by fine artists: these are the original ingredients that, combined with the technical surfaces of stainless steel, make this kitchen unique.

Under the zebra stands the 190-cm wide sink block. More than a sink, this is a preparation area complete with a sliding worktop made out of polyethylene (art. TP 40x50), a differentiated waste system in which the waste is discarded from above, a large-capacity sink 20-cm deep and a long sink 8-cm deep made to fit the pans of the 90-cm oven.

The 160-cm cooking block has a recessed cooktop featuring five aligned gas burners (art. F 499/5G). On the wall are the stainless steel back panel, 70 cm high and 160 cm wide (art. SM70/160) and a large kitchen hood with two fans providing a total intake power of 1600 cm/h, winner of an honourable mention at the 18° Compasso d'Oro (art. SEA/160).

The central island is 160 cm wide with a Corian® top and jumbo drawers 60 and 90 cm wide.

The column, 165 cm tall and 98 cm wide, contains not only three jumbo -capacity drawers, but also a 90-cm oven with a capacity of over 100 litres, a low tray and a high one, a grill, and a sensor to gauge the internal temperature of the food. The triple-glass door never reaches a temperature greater than 50°C on the outside even at high temperatures. There is a safety lock for children (art. FS/9).
