A cooking block on wheels, made entirely out of stainless steel, which in this case includes a large gas-fired cook-plate, a single triple-crown burner, an electric deep fryer, two storage bins, the gas tank storage space and a low pull-out shelf. Every block may be customized to fulfill the needs of the customer.

Also available upon request is an elegant waterproof cover to protect the unit from the humidity of the night and the morning dew.
