Pasta and classes to teach the art. A harmony of design, aesthetics, architecture and creativity combined with the finest quality food. This is the recipe by the trio of women at Tricolore, a mouth-watering workshop on nutritional architecture and food design in the heart of Rome. This space is one-of-a-kind, a crossroads for intensive research into quality products and producers, a privileged venue for those who want only the finest. Behind the great store window in Via Urbana, Rione Monti, the special alchemy of select raw materials and skilled gestures reveals every secret. Everything is cooked with a special ingredient: excellence.
And for initiation into the art of cooking, they offer classes for experienced and beginner cooks. Around the large central countertop in Tricolore’s kitchen are 15 workstations complete with all the equipment required to learn and to make recipes in real time, under the careful guidance of the chef. All supported by the installation of flip-up cooktops, sinks and ovens by Alpes.
