The cabinet contains spacious drawers accessorized for cutlery and pans, cabinet doors and a built-in dishwasher.

The masonry structure of the kitchen area added to the fireplace was equipped with two flip-up gas cooktops positioned horizontally (art. R 30/2GR small burners - R 30/2GG large burners); a built-in electric oven, two kitchen hoods with expandable filter positioned side-by-side to cover the entire 120-cm cooking surface (art CFE-A 60/1).
